In response to a question by a religious ruler about spiritual life Jesus said, “Love God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength and your neighbor as yourself”. He then tells a story about a man robbed, beaten, stripped and left for dead. Two religious men who were supposed to be followers of God ignored the victim and passed by. They may have asked their friends to pray for the poor guy. However, there was another man, looked down on by society, who took pity, bandaged him, and took him to an inn at his own expense.
Jesus then asked, “Which of these three do you think was a neighbor?” The answer of course was the one who actually had mercy on him. Jesus told him, “Go and do likewise”. True spirituality is about loving God and our neighbors in need. Abandoned children are our neighbors and as genuine followers of God we must do something to help them when we have an opportunity. Noah’s Ark Children’s Ministry Uganda is providing opportunity for people to help rescue children.

Take a trip to Uganda and see for yourself why we do this

Dan McNutt has been going over to Uganda for many years. His heart instantly connected with the founders of Noah’s Ark, Piet and Pita Buitendijk. It has been his honor to escort many more over the years to this special place to see first hand the dynamic ministry that takes place. We would love for you to go too.
